Warranty & service

• the warranty covers only manufacturing defects or material defects;
• the warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the good, under conditions for proper storage, maintenance and operation by the buyer;
• the warranty card is invalid without stamp and sign, purchase date, article number and invoice number issued by Unitrade International EOOD;
• the customer is required to check the appearance of the goods at the time of purchase;
• this warranty applies to products purchased on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
• the product warranty covers defects during the warranty period of the item itself, but does not cover installation, dismantling and site visits to the buyer's home or office;
• the repair / replacement decision is taken by an authorized service guy, the replaced parts remain the property of Unirade International;
• the warranty period is renewed for the replacement parts;
• the installation of the products is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions attached to the product.

• defects of improper transportation after receipt of the goods by the customer, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, use of spare parts not by the manufacturer, non-original equipment;
• defects occurring for reasons beyond the control of the manufacturer such as: water pressure in the pipeline, absence of water filters in the pipeline network, water quality mismatch with state standards, natural disasters, fires, etc.
• mechanical damage, scratches;
• defects caused by the use of aggressive cleaning agents containing acid, bleach, acetone, abrasive particles, and similar.
